A 9-week program for the people designing the next generation of schools.
Before we designed a single week of this program, we visited 50+ of India's most innovative schools: sitting in on classes, walking the campuses, and talking to the founders and teachers who built them from nothing.
Every part of what follows, the curriculum, the visits, the blueprint format, comes from what we saw actually working in real classrooms, not from a textbook.
It is a place a child spends most of their waking hours, for most of their childhood. This program exists for people who take that seriously enough to build one properly: a philosophy worth defending, a curriculum that actually teaches, and a plan sturdy enough to survive its first bad year.
9 weeks gives you all 3: the philosophy, the curriculum, and a plan built to survive contact with reality.
We built this for two kinds of people, and there's room for both here: the ones starting from scratch, and the ones already running something that deserves to be better.
You have an idea, land, or capital, but not yet a map. This track gives you the building blocks: a philosophy, a curriculum, and a plan sturdy enough to actually open your doors.
You've been doing this a while and know the gaps by heart. This track is for sharpening what exists: peers who've solved the same problems, and fresh thinking to push it further.
9 weeks, one clear arc, module by module. Watch it play through, or move through it yourself.
Kick off with your cohort and define the philosophy your school will stand on. Leave with a point of view on the child it is built for that you can actually defend.
Practitioners, not theorists: founders, operators, and educators who've built the thing they're teaching you to build.
Click a week to expand it.
A plan you could hand to a co-founder, a landlord, or an investor. Everything the 9 weeks build, gathered into one document, ready to act on.
Cohort 1 applications are open. Come build it with us.
